Chiesa di San Giorgio – 16.00 – Suitable for all ages
Cherishing what has been created is essential, especially in the times we are living in. Maybe it is the most important issue to have at heart. It seems to be the thing that politics thinks about the least. And it is likely to be less heart-felt by a human race that is the crushed under its own burdens. Caring for the environment means caring for the women and men that inhabit the earth and are its custodians.
Dialogue between Lella Costa, one of the most beloved Italian authors and actresses, and Carlo Petrini, founder of the Slow Food movement, an international non-profit association that promotes a new food model that respects the environment, traditions and cultural identity.
