According to the Zero Hunger Goal of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, “it is time to rethink how to produce, share and consume our food.” The results of the three recent research studies of Osservatorio Cores (the local and sustainable food system, participatory guarantee systems, green shops) will be presented. Panelists will then identify and discuss good local practices for the promotion of more sustainable systems of food production and consumption.
