Local vendors will be offering their wares in theme areas throughout the city center, ready to tell you about their territory and foods, with tastings to experience and products for sale. Workshops on cheesemaking, honey extraction, and pruning will add to the day.

Lunch on the local delicacies you will discover at the market, such as cheeses made from all types of milk (goat, buffalo, cow), honey, fruits and vegetables, wine, oil, artisan beer and bread, preserves, cold meats, flowers and plants, organic flours and juices.
