There are many cheese lovers in Italy, but often, due to lack of information, they end up eating the same types over and over. Yet our country is a goldmine of dairy products: there are hundreds of cheeses produced. The wide range of cheeses made in the Orobie Alps will be covered through a guided cheese tasting and a small workshop on cheesemaking. In depth focus: raw milk.
