The future of agriculture must look sustainability from all sides, involving the entire supply chain not just in terms of the environment, but also on a social, economic and nutritional level. To guarantee the consumer that all steps are respected regarding integrity of the raw material, a traceable supply chain is mandatory and Italy needs to be at the global forefront of traceability technology. Systems, experiences and best practices will be shared at this event, a point of departure towards a new frontier for an industry that is conscientious and aware.
